No trend left undiscovered
Thanks to social media, it's sure that during the upcoming PSI Trade Fair, too, no trend will remain undiscovered. There will not only be interviews between the trade fair organisers and the participants - the cyber team will also be on the spot once more with camera and lots of questions about the latest trends! In order to give the PSI trade fair an even more personal face this year, the organisers are publishing short statements from participating suppliers and dealers in advance. Steven Baumgärtner, CEO of Cybergroup, has also been interviewed by the PSI team.
Steven Baumgärtner regards the PSI as not only a good start to the new business year, but also as an important forum for maintaining contacts with clients and suppliers. In addition, the fair is also the perfect information platform for the staff of the cyber team. Of course the PSI also deals with current trends and developments in the industry. "Sustainability is more important than ever. More and more customers require sustainable products and are actively and increasingly demanding these", is the opinion not only of the Cybergroup CEO.
Last year, when Cybergroup was represented with its own lounge at the fair for the first time, the company sent its brand new marketing team on a hunt for the latest trends. At hourly intervals, new videos were recorded with the company's supply partners and presented directly on social media channels and in the company's trade fair lounge. And this initiative was very well received! Numerous customers and suppliers used the interviews and insights from the trade fair to catch up on innovations in the industry, as was confirmed by the number of clicks on the still new YouTube channel and above all by the feedback received as a follow-up to the trade fair.
This year Cybergroup will of course be going one step further. Significantly more suppliers will be interviewed about their opinions and new products, some of which Cybergroup customers will also be able to experience live in the company's lounge. In addition, a separate office will be set up for the cyber team at the fair, so that they can distribute the latest hot news even faster around the trade show and on social media channels.
The topics of the interviews will also become more wide-ranging: next year not only the latest developments from suppliers will be presented in short clips. Cybergroup also intends to provide a deeper look into the promotional goods industry. The corresponding videos will gradually be made available on the company's channels during and after the trade fair. These channels include the company's own "cyber TV": http://bit.ly/cyber_TV, as well as a website dedicated to the fair: www.psi-show.net
