Training ambassador at cyber-Wear
Trainee informs pupils about his vocational training, talks about personal experiences and provides insights into his daily work. For school leavers, vocational training is still the most common entry into working life. It opens up diverse and promising perspectives for trainees and often lays the foundation for a very successful career. However, more and more young people are leaving school without any concrete career aspirations or with just a vague idea about how to shape their future.
The training ambassadors contribute to counteracting this trend. In a company presentation, they inform schools about vocational training and give pupils an impression of their work and tasks.
This insight into real working life reduces uncertainty among pupils and gives them a vocational perspective. The training ambassadors, who are of a similar age to the pupils, give them an authentic insight into the course of vocational training at the level of equals. They present their very personal experiences with the training to the class and describe their entry into the profession. In addition to their own activities, in their presentations they give an overview of the multitude of other possible occupations for which training is available. The opportunities and possibilities that arise after the successful final examination to become a skilled worker are also presented by the training ambassadors.
At cyber-Wear the training ambassador is Denis Förderer, who is currently a trainee himself. In a detailed presentation at Julius Springer School in Heidelberg in mid-September, he will provide information about qualifying as a warehouse logistics specialist and answer questions about the training course.
