The BAUHAUS corporate run – WE'RE JOINING IN!

This year the great BAUHAUS corporate run is taking place for the fourth time. The cyber team has plenty of ambitious runners, and no fewer than four teams will be taking part.

On the evening of 27 June the fourth BAUHAUS corporate run will be held in the Baden-Württemberg city under the slogan "Mannheim runs and celebrates". This major city run focuses not only on sport but also on music. Music groups entertain runners and spectators both alongside the course and at the big closing party in the Carl-Benz Stadium.  Over the past few years the concept of sport, music and community experience has worked perfectly at our other events," explains organiser Ralf Niedermeier from the n plus sport agency in Saarbrücken.

The most recent race was marked by lots of colourful running shirts and eye-catching costumes, with well over 2000 runners taking part in the five-kilometre run. The supporting programme was at least as colourful as the shirts of the participants. The race ends with the award ceremony at 20 hrs on stage in the Theodor-Heuss Centre in the heart of the city.

There are more than enough ambitious runners in the cyber team. In the past few years training together has generally been on an irregular basis, with small groups of runners getting together even during trade fairs. After the move to the new headquarters, fixed training sessions were then established in order to prepare for various running events together. Four teams - consisting of colleagues from Cybergroup were quickly formed for the BAUHAUS corporate run. However, many more colleagues will of course come along to the event in order to cheer the runners on and afterwards enjoy a great evening together.
