Social responsibility creates space for creative potential

Cybergroup is aware of its responsibility towards its employees and has created an optimal working environment at its new headquarters.

Social commitment has long been an important core value of Cybergroup's corporate philosophy. Regular donations are made to organisations that are close to the company's heart, with most funds going to initiatives that help children or protect the environment. The company also pays attention to the well-being and working conditions of its employees and maintains a close personal relationship with its business associates. An important feature of this is the annual events such as the Cybergroup BeachCup, which bring together colleagues, partners and family members.

The new HQ in Mannheim also reflects this philosophy. The building sets completely new standards not only in terms of sustainability, which are reflected in details such as the commissioning of exclusively regional suppliers, climate-friendly green roofs and state-of-the-art technical facilities in the building. For example, a transformer was recently installed in front of the building, which now makes it possible to process solar energy and charge e-cars at the company's own charging stations. The company also lives up to its high standards of commitment towards its employees. Only people who feel at home in their working environment can develop their full potential. cyber-Wear is aware of its responsibility towards its employees and has integrated a range of measures into the new company headquarters.

In addition to a recreation room, which is available to all staff at all times, there is an additional prayer room for the devout Muslims among the team. Social meeting zones have been created at several points in the building, where colleagues and visitors can meet in an informal atmosphere. The cosy cyber-Lounge in the entrance area and the spacious dining room for lunch are particularly popular. When the first rays of sunshine arrive, the team also uses the large terrace to eat together and recharge their batteries.

The "Job Bike" initiative gives all employees the opportunity to lease a bicycle at a favourable price.  Those who come by bike or want to exercise during their lunch break can take a shower at the new HQ. And after work, a relaxing round of yoga is offered in the innovative Design Lab. Not only for their fitness but also to enjoy the shared experience, a running group from the team meets once a week to prepare for the Mannheim half marathon and to participate as a group in the company run on the Hockenheimring.
