Small gifts in large quantities
cyber-Wear produces 38,500 Advent and Print Calendars for FestoolWhen it comes to promotional giveaways and gifts for employees, it isn’t just the thought that counts – the execution is far more important. This is especially true for the popular gifts of advent calendars and calendars for the following year, because which company seriously wants to be associated with an unpleasant, inferior gift for 24 days in a row or even a whole year, or see an advertising media aimed at several contacts get tossed in the corner on the first day?
And so Festool GmbH, a tool manufacturer with a special focus on quality and functionality, commissioned cyber-Wear with creating two high-quality calendars, precisely tailored to two different target groups: an Advent calendar filled with chocolate in the shape of a Christmas tree with Festool tools as tree decorations was produced 3500 times by cyber-Wear. It was designed specially for the tool manufacturer’s employees and system partners. In addition to that, cyber-Wear also developed 35,000 print annual calendar for 2018 featuring attractive photos of various Festool power tools and pneumatic tools. They were included in the December issue of the trade journal “dds – Das Magazin für Möbel und Ausbau” and distributed by sales staff directly to Festool’s end customers and system partners.
The challenge for cyber-Wear was to develop large quantities of items that still meet the tastes of as many recipients as possible from a wide range of highly diverse target groups. High quality and practicality in implementing the promotional items were therefore the minimum requirement, which is what cyber-Wear generally recommends to all its clients. 24 sweet gifts in a nonetheless unusual advent calendar for employees and Festool photos which double as adverts for readers of a magazine who like tools but may not yet be customers of the tool manufacturer succeeded in creating a positive surprise for the recipient.
Festool GmbH produces a complete range of power tools and pneumatic tools for woodworkers, painters and automotive painters – from cordless screwdrivers to circular saws, jigsaws, pull and crosscut saws, milling machines, planers, grinders and polishers to specialized vacuum cleaners.
