Six in one go

We have been training young, motivated talent in a wide range of areas for 20 years now, thus creating an excellent foundation for our own specialists. Solid training is essential, and we have been taking on this job for many, many years now. We started out with just one trainee a year and now there are already six.

To make the first day in a completely new environment as enjoyable as possible for our new colleagues, our HR team put together a complete onboarding day with its own programme. 

The highlight was the onboarding rally by our headquarters in Mannheim. This allowed everyone to learn about and experience the company and its various departments in a fun way.  

Because trainees are an integral part of individual teams at our company and are directly incorporated into day-to-day operations and specific team structures right from the very start, our new arrivals joined their respective teams in the second half of the day, where they will now be inducted into their new life – the professional life – in a purposeful and systematic manner over the coming days and weeks.
