Much more than just a spot of hiring...

HR means looking after one of the most important mainstays of any company: its employees. Through our HR management, we are actively and continuously prospecting for new colleagues and most importantly, finding the right people to work side by side with us to realize our projects at Cybergroup, both now and in the future.

Probably no other area of the company undergoes as much change as the HR department. This not only includes the challenge of successfully onboarding new employees and professionally offboarding much-valued colleagues. Upcoming generations are turning the world of work upside down and have completely new requirements. The structure of the team is also constantly changing.

At the beginning of the year, with Christiane Englert, we set up the HR department internally to become ready for the future. Her position as People & Culture Manager clearly signals that the focus here is people-oriented! Since then, Christiane's goal has been to strengthen the social structure of the team so that we can work together in an honest, authentic environment and in a motivated and creative way.

Her commitment makes it clear that these are not empty phrases. And since the start of this year, visits to trade fairs have become an integral part of everyday routine in the HR department. Not only our HR department, but the entire company regularly gets new impetus from recruitment fairs across Germany! She brings a spirit of optimism and women’s empowerment with her involvement in Europe's leading career and networking platform for women, the Munich-based herCAREER. Over half of the team are women, which is already quite inspiring! A few days later, she visited HUG Berlin powered by Personio, a specialist forum for our HR software, with several workshops and panels for exchanging new ideas, best practices and challenges. Our motto at CG is: move with the times, or better still, keep ahead of them - that’s what motivates us in all aspects of our activity!
