Meet the team of Cybergroup
Cybergroup presents its staff in Skype interviewsThe idea of presenting a company's team on social media is not new, but it never loses its interest. It provides other colleagues, potential applicants and of course not least the company's customers with a face to match the voice, together with background information about the person involved. Instead of a photo with accompanying text, Cybergroup is using a new, contemporary method and is interviewing its team on Skype.
The aim of the videos is to generate interest and be entertaining. Who is that person I've spoken to on the telephone, what does he or she do all day? We often know the name and perhaps the professional job description on the business card, which gives us a rough idea about the person. In the interviews, however, we learn interesting details about the individual, as well as his or her job and daily tasks, almost as if in a personal conversation. Even colleagues who work together every day can learn something new about their neighbour in the office.
In the video interviews, every week staff from different sections of the company now present details of themselves and what they do every day. The first person to be interviewed is Michael Bienert, Team Assistant from Wipperfürth, who will this year be among those celebrating their long-standing anniversaries with Cybergroup.
For such a broadly based company as Cybergroup, it is a logical development to present the team in this way. The company has a number of locations in different countries as well as large teams, to which new staff are being added all the time thanks to the growth in its operations. Both customers and colleagues are now being provided with an entirely new insight into the company and the tasks carried out by the people who work there.
The interviews can be seen on the company's YouTube channel. The videos have of course been provided with subtitles for international viewers of the channel.
