Meet our team: Melina Lukasseck

For a number of weeks now Cyber group has regularly presented members of the team in Skype videos. The aim of the videos is to generate interest and be entertaining. Who is that person I've spoken to on the telephone, what does he or she do all day? The individual members of staff briefly talk about themselves and what they do at the company.

This week it's the turn of Melina Lukasseck to provide an insight into her working day. Since October 2017 she has been both Assistant to the Management and Junior Marketing Manager in the  Wipperfürth team.

Melina provides the management with support in the front office and telephone correspondence, and in preparations for appointments and business trips. In the marketing field her focus is on social media and public relations. Here the former business management student specialising in marketing is responsible both for the website and the company's social media channels, in particular that of its biggest client in the automotive field. Among other things she is currently presenting the most interesting new features of the recent PSI promotional goods trade show in short, informative clips on YouTube. In addition she is also responsible for writing news texts for the website, updating it regularly, making the latest content available online and drafting customer newsletters.

Like many of her colleagues, Melina has a highly diverse range of tasks. Other regular tasks are of course coordinating email correspondence, deadlines and social media channels on a continuous basis. In addition, however, there's something new to do every day, so that our colleague always looks forward to coming to work, not least because of the great working atmosphere and the cooperative spirit within the team.
