Let’s face the facts!
PSI 2023 was again a tour de force after a two-year break which was imposed due to coronavirus. And now it’s time to put all the facts on the table and take a look at the figures. For us, PSI is the most important and largest trade show in the promotional products industry and is the perfect opportunity to present our latest products to our clients right at the start of the year. Over the course of three days, we welcomed 54 clients from eight countries into our VIP lounge and visited our partner supplier stands with them. For us, this is the perfect opportunity to discover and discuss products with our clients in person and to respond even better to our clients’ ideas.
But we’re nothing without our employees. 39 employees worked hard to ensure our clients’ well-being throughout trade show and finally got to enjoy that show buzz again. We also made it possible for our newbies to visit the show so that they could get a feel for the world of promotional products in person.
In addition to our clients and employees, we invited around 40 other guests, bringing us up to a total of 133 people – which was really quite a lot for our little lounge.
As in previous years, we offered our clients a shuttle service to the hotel, train station or airport. So in 2023, this meant that two shuttles took 32 shuttle trips over a distance of around 210 kilometres. Our clients and colleagues stayed in a total of 56 hotel rooms, and we all had breakfast a whopping 136 times.
In our lounge, our chef made a delicious three-course meal. A total of around 570 starters, mains and desserts went out. Our mouths are watering just thinking back to it!
Our clients were able to familiarise themselves with the latest products in our lounge during the first coffee session with snacks, as we had over 80 branded products with us. We included a selection in our exhibition bags and gave out around 70 branded bags over the course of the trade show.
Morning coffees? Oh yes, these were very popular thanks to our barista and our own coffee beans – and not just in the morning! We ground around 6.5 kg of the best coffee beans in our lounge, which made around 322 coffees.
