Koziol on PSI TV Livetalk

Clack! And we’re live! Koziol Sales Director Uwe Thielsch visited the PSI TV Studio not only to chat with Steven Baumgaertner, but also to present the latest series from the Koziol think tank.

The first day of PSI in Düsseldorf started under the prospect of a traffic blockade due to the farmers' strike – but Koziol then sent out a positive signal in cooperation with the agricultural industry that morning. In cooperation with CLAAS, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, a complete merchandise series of cups, mugs and boxes in the company's fresh CI color was created. The practical to-go products were distributed in the fanshop, not only to strengthen the CLAAS brand, but also as a thank you. CLAAS presented the series for the first time at Agritechnica, where the brand was represented with one of the largest booths. The attractive products were sold out immediately, an impressive success!

Despite increasing price sensitivity among end consumers, Uwe Thielsch explains this success with several factors. In tune with the times with its sustainable, practical products, Koziol stands for high quality made in Germany. Added to that is the popularity of the CLAAS brand and the high level of customization options in the appealing corporate colors. The series clearly shows: Quality beats price.

The circular plastic in these products is produced using an innovative recycling process from recycled sunflower and rapeseed oil from industrial and catering waste. These oils are collected and converted into plastic, making it possible to reuse them sensibly for the first time. The added wood fibers come from sustainable forest management and paper production residues. This new material combines the positive properties of wood, such as insulating properties and naturalness, with the advantages of plastic, including elasticity, lightness and individual colorability. The KLIKK cutlery set has turned out to be a particularly surprising bestseller from the series. A super-practical everyday companion, especially now that disposable cutlery has been banned!

In conclusion, Uwe Thielsch emphasized the positive atmosphere at the trade fair – for him, a valued start to the year. The evening before, the industry came together at the MoPA Night, organized by PSI in cooperation with cyber-Wear. Uwe Thielsch, like many others, enjoyed the exchange with long-standing colleagues and industry members, as well as the first look at the MoPA Museum of Promotional Articles. In return, Steven Baumgaertner recommended a visit to Koziol's "happiness factory".
