High Standards through Continuous Training
Data protection is a central issue at cyber-Wear. To maintain our high security standards and bring new employees up to date, we conduct regular training sessions to ensure the safe handling of personal data and compliance with the GDPR.At cyber-Wear, we place the highest value on certified quality, including careful handling of data protection. Data protection encompasses the safeguarding of personal data, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of this data, as well as compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For us, it is crucial that our employees understand and follow these guidelines in order to protect both our company and our customers' data.
Since our last training in 2020, many new colleagues have joined. To ensure we maintain our high standards, we offer comprehensive data protection training led by an external data protection expert. Two sessions will be held — the first at the beginning of October for around 30 new employees and another early next year. These sessions will cover key data protection topics such as data security, GDPR, and handling customer data.
The approximately two-hour training sessions, initiated by our quality manager Sascha Nägel, will take place at our headquarters in Mannheim, with remote participation also available. Our goal is to bring all colleagues to the same level of knowledge, ensuring we maintain our high standards in data protection. In this way, we not only strengthen the protection of our data but also build long-term trust with our customers and partners.
