German Customer Award for excellent customer satisfaction
At cyber-Wear, the customer comes first! We have even won the German Customer Award, which is given to companies with the highest level of customer orientation.With yet another award, cyber-Wear can join the ranks of the big and innovative names in German business when it comes to customer satisfaction. By winning the German Customer Award, we have now made customer orientation the core of our corporate philosophy. And we are proud of this award! It means that we are doing the right thing for our customers.
Each year, the German Customer Award honours outstanding companies in Germany that excel in customer service. The winners set the standard for quality and innovation in customer service through their outstanding achievements.
In order to objectively assess the participating companies, they are analysed on the basis of seven main criteria with a total of 131 sub-criteria. The final evaluation is carried out by an internal team of the German Customer Awards. The rigour of the assessment depends on the industry, company size and number of employees to ensure a fair assessment.
Last year's winners included the team behind innovative water bottle manufacturer AirUp, young HR software company Personio and trendy spice manufacturer Just Spices.
Our customers gave us top marks in each of the seven main criteria: transparency, communication, customer feedback, accessibility, customer engagement, digitalisation and public awareness. We would like to thank the judges and especially our team and customers for their great support and cooperation!
As the winner, we can also look forward to a bespoke prize sculpture with a unique design. The winning companies will be profiled in detail in Die Welt, FAZ and Handelsblatt at the end of the year.
