Eight new colleagues

We are constantly growing and are therefore delighted to receive energetic reinforcements in all areas of the company. The sales department, the design and event team, our warehouse and last but not least our marketing department are getting additional support.

In spite of the current rather uncertain times we are continuing to expand and acquire new customers.  For this reason we have conducted one digital job interview after the other in the last few weeks, held try-out days and finally found the right colleagues for our team.  As a result the marketing team is now happy to welcome two new colleagues. 

 

On 14 February Timon Scharm started his internship in the design and marketing department and is already contributing his ideas.  He is currently studying marketing and wants to gain practical international experience with us. 

 

In addition to Alex Derosas, whom we have already introduced as our new Key Account Manager, on 1 March we also welcomed Annika Müller-Späth.  We took her straight with us to our video shoot in Mannheim, and so she already got to know many colleagues and our HQ on the very first day.  Annika had already worked for several of our customers before, so she already knows many interfaces and especially the customers themselves. 

 

The back office is also receiving support.  As a pupil Julie Kahlert had already completed a work experience placement with us some years ago, and will now actively support the various back office teams in a long-term internship. 

 

Elisa Grune started her internship in design at the end of last year.  She worked on projects from day one and settled in so well that we can now count her among our permanent staff.  As a graphic designer she has become part of the design team.

 

And since we firmly believe that events and trade fairs will be taking place again very soon,we have once again strengthened our team in this area.  Our event team around Olaf has been actively supported by Evelyn Rodríguez-Armas since 1 March.  She received training in AutoStore on the very first day and is now helping to plan and organise the upcoming events.  She also speaks eight languages, four of them fluently.

 

There is also a breath of fresh air in the warehouse.  On 01.01.2022 an apprentice started her training with us as a warehouse logistics specialist in the second year of her apprenticeship.  She had to leave her previous company due to the closure of the branch where she was employed, and has found a new home with us to successfully complete her training.  In addition, a further warehouse specialist joined us on 15 March.
