cyber-Wear expands its space and staffing
cyber-Wear expands its space and staffing15 years after moving into the offices and warehouse in Dossenheim, there’s no more room to expand at cyber-Wear's headquarters. Despite an additional warehouse at the second German branch in Wipperfürth, the company has an urgent need for new space to accommodate its continued growth. And since cyber-Wear continues to focus on expansion, the new 8,000 m² location in Mannheim-Friedrichsfeld will provide 3,800 m² of warehouse space, 1,414 m² of office space – 250 m² of which will house a state-of-the-art design lab – and 270 m² of social areas. Cybergroup is investing 5.4 million euros in the construction and the attendant infrastructure and outdoor facilities.
However, waiting for the new headquarters to be completed next year was not an option in view of new accounts and order volumes. So an additional commercial space in Viernheim now provides temporary relief. The warehouse, conveniently located in an industrial area with direct access to the A659 motorway and only a few minutes’ drive from the A5, A6 and A67 motorways, has an effective floor space of almost 1,000 m². The flat and completely paved property has a total area of 1,750 m². It takes about 15 minutes to get there from Dossenheim. Nevertheless, it still requires a full additional on-site warehouse team. Therefore, cyber-Wear is looking for further employees for Viernheim – specialists in warehouse logistics or with professional experience in a comparable position – who could relocate to the new location in Mannheim later on.
