Customer Service in Focus

Since the beginning of the year, we at cyber-Wear have established a Service Center Team to enhance our customer satisfaction. Melita Trifan and Alexandra Szollar are now the first points of contact on our various hotlines and for all service-related matters.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We fulfill our customers’ wishes around the clock. Our motto, “Make it happen. Shock everyone!” means that we aim not only to satisfy our customers but to surprise them!
