Customer service in action!
Last weekend, we once again pulled out all the stops to satisfy our customers. DB needed printed waistcoats for a colourful world on rails – and it needed them quickly!Our customer urgently needed 120 printed waistcoats for an event on Sunday – a challenge that we accepted at short notice. Our partner supplier Bastian Seifert printed the waistcoats with transfers in no time at all and had them ready for collection on Saturday morning. But on site in Frankfurt, we discovered a logo error. In keeping with our motto "Make it happen, shock everyone", we quickly fetched new waistcoats from our warehouse in Mannheim. By the end of the day we had travelled almost 750 km and we finished at 20:00. Complete with newly printed transfers, the now-flawless waistcoats arrived in Frankfurt in time for the event on Sunday morning!
The S-Bahn trains in the Rhine-Main region shone at the weekend thanks to their adornment of colourful children's artwork and excursion tips. 40 winning pictures were ceremoniously unveiled, accompanied by applause and gratititude towards the 500 children who took part. These trains are now not just eye-catching, but also a symbol of the connection between people and places. Children between the ages of seven and twelve were asked to express their imagination on the subject of "Where or with whom would I like to travel by S-Bahn". The ceremonial unveiling on 21 April 2024 was a real highlight, with the children proudly presenting their works of art and touching the hearts of the audience. The Rhine-Main S-Bahn not only promotes the mobility, but also the creativity of the younger generation.
