CG Fulfillment + Logistics GmbH implements business processes worldwide

CG Fulfillment + Logistics GmbH, which was established in September 2016, specialises in the outsourced fulfilment of e-commerce processes and global logistics for promotional goods, merchandising articles, print products and point-of-sale materials. At seven locations around the world, products from internationally active customers can be stored, and online shops can be supported comprehensively. All levels of order fulfilment are handled – individually or as a complete package - from receiving incoming goods including quality control to storage, order picking, packaging, shipping, invoicing and dunning to returns management. Thanks to close cooperation with the other cyber-Wear services of IT solutions, procurement, creation and production, full service support from a single source is available if required.

The kind of extensive logistics chain which CG Fulfilment operates requires a lot of space. As a result, since December 2017 some of the pressure on the warehouse in Dossenheim has been removed by an additional storage facility in Viernheim with approximately 675 pallet bays. The warehouse, conveniently located on a business park with direct access to the A659 motorway and only a few minutes’ drive from the A5, A6 and A67 motorways, has an effective floor space of almost 1,000 m². It takes about 15 minutes to get there from Dossenheim. The warehouse of course has its own full team of stores specialists.

The first client was and remains Vitamaze GmbH, which is delighted by the full-service it receives. Since December 2017 TUI Deutschland GmbH has also been a full-service client. In addition, among other operations the implementation of special promotions was carried out on behalf of Truma Gerätetechnik GmbH & Co. over a period of several months.
