Certified quality and sustainability

This year, cyber-Wear has once again successfully passed the annual TÜV Süd audit. This means that the ISO 9001:2015 audit was repeated for the fifth year in a row and the ISO 14001:2015 surveillance audit for the third time.

All elements of the standards have been thoroughly assessed in the areas of sales, development, procurement and management. It is particularly important to us that our management systems continuously develop and do not stagnate.

This year the focus was on recertification in quality management through ISO 9001. However, the environmental management standard ISO 14001 was also examined because sustainability is playing an increasingly important role in company certification.

Our procurement and development processes were examined intensively, especially with regard to sustainability and the entire supply chain. We were able to show how we adapted our processes even during the pandemic and took into account the needs of everyone involved.

The audit highlighted many positive aspects, including the strong involvement of management, which was not taken for granted. Potential for improvement was identified, but overall our work was evaluated very positively.

The cooperation with TÜV Süd was once again very constructive. Each time, we gain valuable insights and ideas to further optimize our measures and exploit our continuous improvement potential.
