Anika Merkel becomes the official Cybergroup HR Manager

Anika Merkel has long been a trustworthy contact person and coordinator for personnel matters, and now she has been officially given the authority to act as personnel manager.

Anika Merkel has been loyal to cyber-Wear since 2002, in other words for almost 17 years. Directly after her studies in clothing technology in Albstadt, Swabia, she started with the company as an assistant to the management. Thanks to the expertise she gained during her studies, she is now not only responsible for quality control, but also for the company's human resources operations. Due to her long service and wide range of responsibilities she is passionate about her tasks and carries them out with real cyber commitment.

 

This year Anika Merkel has also been officially given executive powers in human resources with her appointment as HR Manager. Anika Merkel is thus fully empowered to act as employer for all employees and is the contact person for all colleagues in the team as well as being responsible for dealing with applications, recruitment and dismissals.

 

In addition, she creates and manages the current job descriptions of the Cybergroup and coordinates the smooth flow of personnel-related processes. As project manager for the certification of the Cybergroup in accordance with the quality management standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and the environmental management standard DIN ISO 14001:2015 she records the structures and operational processes of the company in an official form.
