A warm welcome to 2021

WOW - what a year!!! As we start a new year, the Cybergroup management would like to thank the cyber-Team for what is probably the most eventful and exciting year ever: 2020. "We have once again demonstrated team spirit and pulled together."

2020 was by far the most eventful, nerve-wracking, breathtaking, exciting year - shaped by so many external factors. We will certainly remember it for a long time.

   

This year, like no other, forced us to go or have to go new ways and to have to change and develop even faster. This year has brought out new products that we would not have expected in January and that have changed our entire everyday life overnight and have become an elementary part of our lives. We experienced this pandemic in very different ways and felt it in very different areas in the company. But we also experienced and felt them very differently in the individual markets.

WE have shown TOGETHER that we can also deal with crises and not bury our heads in the sand!

WE got through this phase WITHOUT short-time work!

WE did not "go under" with all the new ideas, products and approaches!

WE have made progress!

WE have changed!

WE have adapted!

and....

WE will have to keep changing and WE will (only) manage it together!

WE will drive these changes and WE will implement it together!

WE will automate and digitize more!

WE will change jobs and we will create options to become more flexible!

WE will ALL create new ways and possibilities for us to make our working life more flexible and optimized!   

 

For 2021 we have already been able to win three great major customers that need to be implemented. With the WIRTGEN Group and the HELLA Group, there are two global players who have it all and who will then work with us to implement projects and ideas for a whole year. And we have DB Schenker and RECARO Automotive as new customers from 01/2021. Both global accounts and two other big tasks for the entire team, but together WE will do it!

  

With BrandUnbound we have helped to shape a new, global network into which we have already integrated large parts of our US business and have also found powerful partners for the future, some in completely new markets such as Mexico or Australia.

  

With the establishment and spatial separation of the holding company from the core business, we set the course for the future. Our corporate structures and the cross-group issues and tasks are becoming more and more complex, so that a kind of task force is required that acts equally for all parts of the company, analyzes structures and thinks through perspectives, detached from the respective business operations, and then also implements them at project level. This applies above all to digitization at all levels, but also to the financial structure and alignment of the individual parts of the company.

  

Again, these are just a few examples of what we have achieved even in such a crazy year 2020 and what we are working on every day. EVERYONE of YOU is a very IMPORTANT part of this great company. We need YOU for the years to come and we look forward to 2021.
