"Trust in brave ideas" – strong statements on TRUMPF recruiting articles

TRUMPF GmbH, market leader in machine tools, is grabbing the attention of potential employees with a corporate philosophy that promises a relationship based on mutual trust and the opportunity for self-realisation. Cybergroup is producing a range of appropriate giveaways in line with this for the company's recruitment events.

In times marked by a shortage of skilled staff, successful marketing by employers is of increasing importance and constitutes a fixed component in Cybergroup's order books for promotional items. Companies need to stand out from the crowd and appeal to the right applicants.  Attractive giveaways with a creative design and a meaningful message are therefore essential.

"Trust in brave ideas" – this is the promise that TRUMPF GmbH makes to its employees, thus motivating them to realise courageous ideas as a team. The company wants to project this corporate philosophy externally, from the point when new personnel are being recruited, and is ordering the corresponding giveaways from Cybergroup International. Initially, this means giveaway items such as pretzel balls, post-it notes and cotton tote bags.

These new giveaways will be used above all at recruitment fairs, such as the Careers Days held at universities. This will include the Careers Days at Hohenheim University, the ESCP Recruiting Days in Berlin, and events such as bonding Aachen and bonding Stuttgart.

Further high-quality giveaways, such as branded notebooks and drinks bottles, will be made use of at special events – for example, at the selection days for potential trainees or the Students Day at TRUMPF GmbH. Unlike the lower-cost articles for use as giveaways at trade fairs, these higher-value notebooks and bottles will be reserved for particular candidates and events.

In general, the giveaways are of course intended to "catch" potential candidates by leaving a positive impression in the minds of the candidates, even after the trade fair or event is over – with the goal that they will want to apply for a post with this internationally positioned company.

TRUMPF GmbH is a family business based in Ditzingen close to Stuttgart and is one of the world's largest suppliers of machine tools. The company is a market and technology leader in the area of machine tools and lasers for industrial manufacturing; through its innovations, the company has an impact on almost every area of industry. The company has developed their own software solutions to smooth the way towards achieving a smart factory in which industrial electronics make it possible for the company to make use of highly advanced technology processes. Around 12,000 employees worldwide are committed to the performance and running of this family-owned business.
