Training is a Matter of the Heart!

At the same time, we greatly benefit from the fresh perspectives and innovative ideas that our trainees bring. For us, training means not only responsibility and commitment, but also a lot of fun, variety, and room for creative growth. It’s a mutual enrichment that strengthens us as a company and shapes the skilled professionals of tomorrow.

In July, two of our dedicated trainees successfully completed their training in wholesale and foreign trade management. Dajana and Moritz, who started with us in September 2022, are fortunately staying with us after their graduation: Moritz will continue to support us as a working student, while Dajana is joining us full-time – something we are particularly happy about!

We were also able to recruit another trainee, Sebastian, immediately after his successful graduation. He is already fully integrated into the sales team of the DB department and provides valuable support to his colleagues.

But that's not all: more reinforcements are on the way! Kim is starting her training as a warehouse logistics specialist, while Thierry and David are beginning their training in wholesale and foreign trade management. Additionally, we welcome Anna, who is completing her final year of training as a marketing communications specialist with us.
