Shopware: our solution for complex shop systems
Our CEO Steven Baumgärtner is the special guest in the anniversary edition of Shopware Unplugged. In the podcast, he talks to Borys and Tomas about the complex requirements of our customers and the worldwide use of Shopware in the B2B and B2C sectors.Our customers include a number of large corporate groups who want the design of their online shops to be as individual as possible. Shopware offers us a wide range of functions and plug-ins for this level of complexity that we can use to fulfil these diverse and complex requirements.
We have been successfully setting up our online stores with Shopware for some years now. In the podcast with Borys and Tomas from the Shopware community, CEO Steven Baumgärtner explains why and how we work with Shopware. "To be honest, we started out many years ago with a completely different kind of shop software. But at some point, we reached the limits of the system we were using and started analysing the market to find an alternative. From the very beginning, Shopware's support and communications were really good. Whatever the problem was, they always found a solution, and fast. Shopware makes it possible for us to respond in a flexible manner to a huge range of different customer requirements. Together with our IT team, we can therefore develop marketplace structures and marketing platforms that are sometimes highly complex, all on the basis of Shopware. Lots of the plug-ins and apps that we use are developed in-house and we are now also offering these through the Shopware marketplace via our subsidiary, ShopLutions."
