Knowledge for everyone to read at any time! This and much more is now available on our new in-house e-learning platform cyber-Academy. New hires in particular can effectively learn on their own about all relevant topics related to their new job in the self-learning programme.

Everybody knows everything – it’s now at least theoretically possible at cyber-Wear. Topics relating to knowledge management and personal continuing education are vital in our professional environment.

 

Information about our company and all there is to know about our daily operations, our branch and software is issued, shared, used and managed on our new in-house platform cyber-Academy.  

 

Topics to facilitate and expedite onboarding are tackled in the first step and then followed with training courses, instructions and advanced training in the second step. Everyone can share their knowledge with other employees here. This information is jointly developed on a continuous basis. 

 

cyber-Academy makes it possible for everyone to learn at their own pace: all topics can be looked up at any time, and training courses can be planned and carried out on an individual basis.
