Our new team "Digital Operations"
In the new Digital Operations Team, we are bundling our IT, web, data analysis, AI and process management capacities into one strong unit. Our aim is to offer you first-class digital solutions from a single source.From February on, we are using the well-known Freshdesk ticket system, which has already been in use at one of our customers for over two years. This system automatically assigns tasks to the relevant areas and enables us to process them more efficiently and quickly. In addition, Freshdesk will gradually be able to solve recurring problems independently and thus offer even faster solutions.
Just a month ago, some members of our digital team was at the ITCS Conference - THE tech trade fair in Darmstadt. There they learnt about the latest topics in IT, listened to exciting keynotes and exchanged ideas with other IT experts. These experiences and insights flow directly into our work.
Our Digital Operations managers develop digitalisation strategies, identify optimisation potential and implement digitalisation projects. We take a 360° view of the entire company - from the actual business to the customer journey and administration. In this way, we identify all areas in which digital services can bring improvements.
