Open space and new work - the working environment at cyber-Wear is open and success-oriented

Our headquarters are the centre of our daily work. The open space concept was taken into account throughout the planning and design of the new premises. This concept reinvents the open-plan office as a working oasis. The new working environment stimulates communication among colleagues, and promotes creativity and productivity. Here information flows faster and unhindered. No doors, flat hierarchies, flexible working hours and efficient infrastructure form the basis of effective cooperation for cyber-Wear. All areas are equipped with the latest technology.

In order to enable concentrated work in peace and quiet, a special focus was placed on noise reduction. The floor coverings, ceilings and walls were designed accordingly. Working equipment such as pinboards and magnetic walls were also included in the planning. These are not only intended to encourage the gathering of ideas, but also have a sound-absorbing effect. An open kitchen with lounge furniture invites conversations and encourages open communication. cyber-Wear knows from experience that freedom, self-determination and identification with the task lead to a constructive working atmosphere.

Everywhere in the office areas there are open doors, so that no door handles need to be touched unnecessarily and there is plenty of room for creative work. Meeting areas and the general size of the space within the offices enable staff to exchange ideas on projects quickly. In addition, the innovative "new work" concept enables the company to create flexible workplaces for its staff. The new concept banishes the old, rigid working methods into the past and replaces them with individual and autonomous operations. The "new work" concept thrives in particular on independence and freedom and is intended to provide scope for creativity and the development of the individual personality.

The current Covid-19 pandemic poses a great challenge to all businesses and companies, especially with regard to social distancing rules. Thanks to the existing open-space layout of the new headquarters, all distances in the rooms, corridors and workplaces can be maintained without any problems.
