Future Desk - mobile working

A more flexible working environment is becoming increasingly important in our fast-moving age with its increasing digitalisation. After all, the Internet enables colleagues to get in touch with one another at any time and from any place, regardless of whether one of them is in Germany and the other on a beach in Hawaii.

For cyber-Wear it has always been important to keep up with the times, to try out current trends and, in the best case, to improve on them. This is how Future Desk was introduced in the wake of the Covid pandemic. Different from many other companies, it was not intended to be a temporary option but a way to further increase the productivity of our staff. After all, it's hard to imagine a better working environment than enjoying the warm rays of the sun in the summertime while working through your daily tasks.

Of course, working completely remotely is not particularly conducive to team spirit, which has always been very important at cyber-Wear. Working in the office side by side brings people together and enables them to have the kind of lively interaction which, as we all know, is always where the best ideas come from. In spite of the growing return to normality, staff should still have the opportunity to benefit from the Future Desk concept. This can look a little different for everyone. While for some it means being able to quickly answer a few emails on the go, for others it means being able to arrive at the workplace an hour late without worrying and simply being able to make up the time later.

The goal of Future Desk at cyber-Wear is to achieve the greatest possible degree of flexibility, which staff can only marginally achieve with rigid working hours and a fixed workplace. The introduction of Future Desk is once again proof that the well-being and productivity of the team is a top priority at cyber-Wear, and that each and every one of us is driven by the spirit of the times.
