cyber-Wear on a Growth Path: New Team Members Onboard!

Since May, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming several new colleagues. They particularly value our flat hierarchies, the opportunity to work independently, and the friendly exchange among team members. Here are some insights from their first months:

Sascha Nägel, Quality Manager:
"My first few months have been largely positive. Our CEO Roman was particularly helpful in getting me up to speed. I’m responsible for QM, data protection, quality assurance, and product and packaging compliance. One of my first projects was the ISO certification—a challenge that was also a highlight for me due to its diversity."

Hatice Sahin, Inside Sales:
"After a short adjustment period, during which all my questions were thoroughly answered, I quickly felt at home on the team. I’m responsible for order management and shipping. My colleagues from the Audi team, Moritz and Emrah, were particularly supportive. By now, everything is running smoothly, and I’m really enjoying it, especially thanks to the amazing team."

Elisa Friedrich, Inside Sales:
"From the very start, the onboarding experience at cyber-Wear was a positive one. Working in purchasing for the Audi team is both exciting and varied.  Sebastian Schott, Inside Sales:
"The first few months were very exciting, filled with new topics and engaging projects. I manage the accounts for Knaus Tabbert and DB, but I also helped wherever there was a need. The wide range of tasks is the highlight, but it also brings the biggest challenges. The team has been incredibly welcoming from day one."
