30 years of cyber-Wear – glamour, emotions and an unforgettable party!

“30 years is a hell of a long time, not always easy, but mostly really awesome,” is how Steven Baumgärtner started his emotional anniversary speech, always having to pause for a moment. The goosebumps and the supportive applause from colleagues made these moments unforgettable.

Only a few hundred meters as the crow flies separate the location of the jil Rooftop Bar celebration from the small parents' basement where Steven and Roman founded cyber-Wear. It's hard to imagine that they started with 346 DM in capital, an old fax without a connection, Grandpa Weiss' portable telephone, an old children's desk and an old Atari computer and are standing here today.

With a mixture of entrepreneurial courage, a touch of recklessness and the best business partner Steven could ask for, the two have managed to bring cyber-Wear to the top of the promotional products industry.

But the greatest thanks, and this is the most important thing for both of them, goes to the people who accompanied and supported them on this incredible journey. A unit that always sticks together, full of commitment and loyalty, year after year. At this special moment, all employees who have been part of the team for 5, 10 or even 20 years and have achieved great things together were honored.

Refreshing drinks, delicious snacks, a luxurious dinner and the 360-degree rooftop bar with a view of Heidelberg and the castle made the location something unique. Anyone who knows cyber-Wear knows that every detail counts. The menu and place cards, the anniversary banners and the guest gifts were designed in-house with an extra dose of glamor.

A film team and our own marketing team were on site to capture all the highlights, tears of joy, applause and the exuberant party atmosphere afterwards forever. As always, our One and Only house DJ la Dous provided the atmosphere.
