Your Tasks:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, coordinate appointments and travel, both on-site and remote.
- Preparation: Prepare, attend, and follow up on meetings.
- Communication: Handle calls and emails, create correspondence and presentations, liaise with stakeholders.
- Project Management: Assist in planning and implementing Sales and Marketing projects.
- Document Management: Create and maintain important documents and reports.
- Event Planning: Organize and coordinate hybrid events, meetings, and conferences.
- Daily Support: Provide ad-hoc support to ensure smooth operations.
Your Skills:
- Education: Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on office communication or management.
- Experience: Experience as an executive assistant, preferably in Sales and Marketing, and/or in promotional products, corporate fashion, or merchandising.
- You are mobile and love to travel.
