Our team is constantly getting stronger!

We grew once again in summer! In addition to our six trainees, seven more employees have joined our team, and are now pushing us forward and supporting us in a wide range of areas.

As a fast-growing company, we need new employees across all areas. Unfortunately, it’s not always easy to find qualified applicants for new roles at the moment. Jobseekers are now faced with more choice than ever. So we are all the more delighted to have found seven new employees over the summer who are now supporting our team.

Julia Fischer is supporting the back office team, and is mainly looking after Ford. She also takes care of returns and is involved in setting up a platform for internal knowledge management. In future, information about suppliers and clients should be more easily accessible for everyone, especially new employees. She values the positive team atmosphere and the freedom that cyber-Wear gives its employees, such as the option to work from home.

As an Italian native, Pietro Carabotto is also responsible for the Italian-speaking market. He looks after Aston Martin and DB Schenker, among other clients here – also in the back office. Right from the beginning, he really liked the warm atmosphere, as well as the input of new information and ideas.

Celine Walker, the third member of the team also working in the back office, is supporting the team with the clients Ford and Wacker Neuson. She’s also in contact with customs to ensure that the movement of goods runs smoothly.

From now on, Cem Tökgöz is also taking on client enquiries that mainly come from Audi. He is supporting our Audi team in the sales area.

Andreea Aanei is taking on a completely new role in the company. As a trend scout and product specialist, the newly created role includes analysing and optimising clients’ existing ranges, product management and product sourcing, supplier management as well as planning and attending global trade fairs and events.

She is fascinated by the diversity cyber-Wear shows as a company. cyber-Wear is far more than just an advertising material agency – it’s also a unique company in the industry thanks to its full service offering, individual web shops and warehouse system. The rapid implementation of new ideas paired with sustainability ambitions like the Innovator of the Year Award and Bluesign certification make cyber-Wear a fulfilling employer and company. This is likely also due to the informal environment and close cooperation between the individual teams and with clients and suppliers.

Young and dynamic, now that his training has been completed, Benjamin Schliemann is putting the pedal to the metal in our warehouse in Mannheim! He has become a jack of all trades here in just a short space of time. Sometimes he works with the auto store, sometimes in incoming goods and sometimes he helps the team pack the ever-increasing number of orders. What he enjoys so much about his job is the friendly interactions and variety on offer. “Being able to do something new every day makes work very fun.”

Nathalie Weigand helps to show off our products in the right light. As a product photographer, she not only deals with the pure photography side of things, but she also carries out post-processing for images. Here in particular we are happy to have found a talented, dedicated young photographer who views the ambitious task of meeting our clients’ high demands regarding product images as a new challenge and is motivated to take this challenge on. But she’s also happy to be able to freely determine how and when she works, something she really appreciates about cyber-Wear.

We are glad to have found a strong team member in each of you and would sincerely like to welcome you all on board!
