They have to demonstrate valid certification in the areas of quality management (economy), environmental management (ecology) and social responsibility (social / ethical). The application must also consist of a sustainable product with a detailed history of the products creation as well as the sustainable innovations achieved through the supply chain. All corresponding partnerships throughout the supply chain also have to demonstrate all relevant documentation in the areas of economy, ecology and social responsibility. The judging panel consists of 7 people including the chairman and representatives from Industry and Advertising professionals. The “Innovator of the Year” adjudication panel is totally independent from the judges of the other award categories to ensure impartiality and guarantee a focus on these specific awards.
