Trust turns promotional traders into genuine partners

In the last 2 years, heating experts Viessmann and Cybergroup kickstarted numerous projects based on the Viessmann Selection. Contact person Jessica Crittenden is relocating to the USA, and CGUS has recruited her.

Around two years ago, cyber-Wear and the Viessmann Works agreed to collaborate on the Viessmann Selection, the company´s own merchandise collection, consisting of fashion, sports and gift items aimed at end customers, traders and company employees. The "Viessmann Selection" brand name stands for high class products in a functional, aesthetic design. Viessmann quality can be seen in its heating, industrial and cooling systems, and also in every product in the Viessmann Selection.

At the commencement of product development, cooperation covered production monitoring and shop management at www.viessmann-selection.de This is currently being reorganised and will go live with a new look and organisation in the next few weeks. Cybergroup will take care of graphics work and product supervision in the new shop. The past two years of cooperation have been very successful and founded on trust, providing great potential for further collaboration between the firms.

Merchandise manager Jessica Crittenden was the contact person for heating and industrial experts Viessmann during the entire period. She cooperated with Cybergroup to develop special productions for the Viessmann Selection brand. Last month´s highlight was the functional garment set from Norwegian brand TUFTE, presented a short while ago. In 2018, Cybergroup was nominated for the PSI Sustainability Award in the "Sustainable Product" category for its banner collection bags. The innovative, sustainable collection of shoulder bags and laptop bags addresses upcycling, by turning old Viessmann banners into new products. Jessica Crittenden also managed webshop development and advertising tasks for the Viessmann Selection.

Jessica, who was born in the U.S. has now returned there after several years of work. Viessmann was no longer able to employ her in her previous position for company-internal reasons. The large number of ongoing projects and very special trust based partnership established over the years by both parties led Cybergroup USA to welcome Jessica Crittenden as a new team member. Based on Orlando, she will continue to supervise current Viessmann Selection projects whilst fulfilling her dearest wish of living with her family. Cybergroup is pleased to be able to help our new colleague, and is equally proud of the trust placed in us by our customer Viessmann by ensuring that when staff leave the country, their relocation is as smooth running as possible.
