Future Desk: Workstation 2.0

cyber-Wear is developing Workstation 2.0. With the new Future Desk concept it will be possible to work from anywhere. Domestic and international teams will now be able to work together even more digitally in order to be even closer to the customer.

It's not just the digital transformation and the Covid pandemic that have encouraged this step. On the contrary, thoughts about a Future Desk have been on the agenda for some time. But of course the pandemic has shown that working from home is effective. From now on, cyber-Wear staff will be able to work from anywhere. They are currently being equipped with the necessary technical equipment. For the period after the lockdown there will be one or two on-site days when all employees get together at HQ. On the other days they will be free to decide for themselves where they wish to work from.

 

At the same time we are now looking for new employees who don't necessarily have to come from the Mannheim or Wipperfürth area. The Future Desk makes it possible, because in principle the location or country doesn't matter. Whether in Hamburg, Munich or Miami - all colleagues are digitally connected.

 

The Future Desk has three significant advantages. On the one hand it ensures a better work-life balance and allows employees to organise their working hours flexibly, and on the other the company can draw from a domestic and international pool of staff. In addition, staff are closer to our customers and can serve them even better and more conveniently, as there is no need for long journeys to and from.
