Our onboarding goes beyond simply training for daily tasks: it instills core values about our team and company culture. The Cyber Academy is a key component of our onboarding process, offering employees access to vital learning resources at any time. Instructional videos on workflows and training on current topics—completed with certifications—promote continuous development and ensure everyone stays up to date.
