Sustainability at Cybergroup is far more than just a buzzword – it is deeply embedded in our corporate DNA. With the renewal of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report 2025, we reaffirm our commitment to a sustainable, socially responsible, and economically fair future.


Corporate Social Responsibility means taking responsibility – for our employees, the environment, our partners, and society. This concept is based on the three-pillar model of sustainability, which balances ecological, economic, and social goals. For us, CSR is not just a principle but a promise to actively contribute to a fair and sustainable world.
That’s why we have expanded our CSR initiatives to place our values even more at the center of our actions. Here are just a few examples of our dedicated efforts:

    Together with FARE and the German Child Protection Association, we advocate for children’s rights. By selling FARE umbrellas featuring campaign messages, we raise awareness, provide financial support, and help protect children. Each umbrella carries a message: Children deserve protection and a voice.
  2. Bee sponsorships with beeswe.love
    Through our bee sponsorship, we create habitats for wild and honeybees, promote biodiversity, and contribute to climate protection. Our branded beehives and flower meadows symbolize our commitment to nature and serve as sustainable gifts for selected customers.
  3. JobRad for sustainable mobility
    Our JobRad program allows employees to lease bicycles or e-bikes at affordable rates – supporting an eco-friendly commute and promoting health. In this way, we encourage modern mobility that benefits both the environment and our people.
