The PSI Live Talk 2025 remained a resounding success, setting new benchmarks this year! The format delivered a top-tier program with over 40 talks streamed live on-site and digitally – available on Vimeo and, for the first time, on LinkedIn.
This three-day event provided a broad platform for industry experts and an international lineup. Notable highlights included first-time participants like Pieter Boonekamp of PF Concept and Arno van Helden of Favorite Gifts B.V., who offered valuable insights into global markets. A major innovation this year was the expansion of streaming with a LinkedIn Special, significantly increasing the format’s reach and bringing the promotional products industry to an even wider audience.
Throughout the event, each talk showcased impressive product innovations. Highlights included SPRANZ’s high-quality charging cables that eliminate bottlenecks in charging processes while ensuring optimal performance. Another standout was Koziol’s STAKK concept, a flexible system for sustainable bento boxes that can be customized in size and color. Halfar’s MONO bag also captured attention, with its innovative knit shopper made entirely of single-material mono-material for optimal recyclability – a product that won high praise from Steven Baumgaertner.
The discussions clearly demonstrated the focus on sustainability, digitalization, quality, and personalization. Suppliers presented innovative approaches to meet rising customer demands, from sustainable materials to tailored solutions. Despite the challenging economic climate, many exhibitors expressed optimism: “Our products and sales remain strong, and we stay close to our customers.”
The feedback for the event was overwhelmingly positive. While visitor numbers were slightly lower compared to previous years, the quality of conversations and diversity of topics stood out. The compact format – with concise 20-minute talks – and the extended digital reach through Vimeo and LinkedIn ensured a varied and dynamic event experience.
